My gym gear - Lululemon!

Power Y tanks, boogie short & groove pants

I LOVE Lululemon! They are great for gym and everything else. My favourite pieces are their scuba hoodies, groove pants, power y tank tops and boogie shorts.

Over the years however, Lululemon's quality has deteriorated. I've heard problems like bleeding, but fortunately, I have not experienced any of those problems myself. Even with the problems, I would still recommend this brand...just be careful of what you get though.

Other items I wear to the gym are Asics shoes and Harbinger gloves. Asics are the best running shoe brand in my opinion.

I love them! Great quality, except the black bleeds like crazy and is fading after 5 washes.

I'm starting to like plain jeans more than my true religions that have major stitchings on them. It's more classic looking and less busy looking in outfits in my opinion.


Why premium designer jeans? 
Reasoning: Quality, comfort, investment, looks
They are much higher quality in my opinion. If you look at the designer jeans, you will find that they have more stitching per inch making them more durable. Designer jeans are made of softer fabric that is comfier to wear and move around in. A pair of good quality jeans will last you a long time. Lastly, they just LOOK better on. I honestly feel that my sevens have a better cut than regular jeans.


You can always get some on sale during sales and at Nordstrom rack for a price if you don't want to pay retail.

Aritzia haul

Aritzia had a sale last weekend. It was 20-70% off, but most items were 20% off or less. I went and bought a several items that I've been eyeing for awhile now.

In my first trip, I bought the Mackage Kenya leather jacket in black and the charcoal grey T. Babaton Thomas quarter sleeve shirt and pre-ordered the T. Babaton Finley sheer silk blouse. Unfortunately, they didn't have the blouse in stock. Too bad, it sure is nice though. Hopefully they will bring that blouse out next year or something since it was so popular!

Mackage Kenya leather jacket in black (I got the one with snakeskin interior)

I got this in XXS because I heard that the leather stretches. After wearing it a bit, I have noticed it stretching; however, the size different is only half to a full size in my opinion. I wear it both zipped like in the picture and unzipped. Both styles are very flattering :)
Note: May be colour run. Do not wear in the rain.

I went back to Aritzia a second time at a different location and purchased a Wilfred sheer blouse in blue, a T. Babaton striped quarter sleeve shirt and a T. Babaton sweater with an open keyhole and a cute ribbon in the back!

This blouse is sheer. I would wear it with a cami underneath.

My third time going, I went back to the downtown location and purchased off the shoulder Talula It's a sign sweater in pink and a Wilfred Nili top.

I love this sweater. It was designed to go off the shoulder and hangs very nicely.

There are still several items that I want to buy. My favourite brands at Aritzia so far are Wilfred, T. Babaton and a few items from Talula.
